 So, car #3 Volvo C30 2.0D - Name: Alexa

A Volvo seems a strange next move from a Mini Cooper right? Well let me provide you with some context of my headspace at the time... The Mini i had previously was the car that had got me to work and back during my apprenticeship days where i was an IT Tech for an umbrella of schools in South Devon, i then went onto become a Senior IT Tech and soon came the time where i wanted to spread my wings and work for a 'company', from there i went on to work for an Airline and needed something reliable, good on fuel and to my taste at the time a bit quirky and what more quirky than a Volvo C30?

This car was great man, easy to work on, different and was purchased from an elder gentlemen from Bromley in London i believe (the first long distance car purchase)

Didn't do much to this car in terms of modifications, ST 225 alloys and that's about it, not alot spent in maintenance either think it needed a clutch and DMF in my ownership.

Bought it on 71,000 miles for about £3000, sold for 2.5k on 83,000 miles.

Overall, great car.
